It’s a 9.5, actually. 💜 The staff were all very helpful and kind. They even helped us find a taxi to take us to the airport (although the slots were full already so we had to settle for an Uber van). 🤗 we appreciated that most of them can speak and understand good English. They cleaned our room and generously replaced our toiletries daily. The location was superb as it was just about 4 minutes from the subway that connects you to the Shinjuku and Oedo lines. They have a great view of the Tokyo Skytree at the 10th floor. There’s a common lounge/pantry at the 3rd where you can cook, heat your food, get drinking water, make coffee, and get soup for free. The family room was small, which was usual for Japan hotels, but it was enough for the four of us and there was space for our 3 big luggages and 5 small luggages. There’s also the very generous and oishi Sukiya across, Family Mart beside it, and Kitchen Origins where you can buy delicious Japanese food for takeaway. They have a laundry shop also beside it. There are several other food stores, 7-11, Family Marts nearby. The rate is super worth it and lower compared to other properties.

Oak Hotel Edo is a great base for exploring Tokyo. There is a metro station just around the corner and you have supermarkets and 24-hour-shops within short walking distance. Our room was really small, but had a balcony, a private bathroom and even a bathtup. You get towels, Yukata, house shoes, shampoo, soap, conditioner and even hair ties, which I found lovely. You can get tourist guide booklets in several languages at the reception. There is a room service but you have the possibility to opt against it if you want your tranquility. The room was perfectly clean! There is a big, well equipped kitchen / common room with a balcony open until 10PM. Make sure you don´t miss the spectacular view of Toky by night from the top floor, seeing the illuminated shilouette of close-by Tokyo Skytree.

I was very impressed here. Come to rest for the second time and do not disappoint. This place is clean. The service is excellent. There is a central kitchen to use from 6-10: 00 hrs. The bathroom is very strong. Excellent service staff Can leave a luggage if it comes before the check -in time This time, I rest for 4 nights. Book 2 rooms. Once opened the door, I received 1 card that made my heart fluffy. Represents the attention of Khun Aoki's accommodation and Hotels near the subway station, dark pink line and green, comfortable to travel. In front of the hotel, there is also a convenient coin -operated washing machine. However, I was very impressed here and if there was a chance to return for the 3rd time.

We stayed at a family room with a queen bed and a twin bed. The room had a private bathroom. Toiletries, slippers and even dressing gowns were provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body soap in big refillable containers. Thumbs up for sustainability! The beds were comfortable. There is a shared kitchen all guests can use. Nice view of Tokyo Skytree from the outdoor staircase. The neighborhood is residential and quiet (for this buzzing city). There was a good amount of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is situated next to the subway, it’s easy to get anywhere quickly. Checking in and out was easy. The staff was friendly.

Our 2nd stay here and we couldn’t be happier. It’s home away from home. Our party of three had a 3-bed family room with private bathroom. Plenty of space for Tokyo. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. There was generous supply of toiletries. The kitchen in the common area is well equipped. Everything was sparkling clean. The staff is so kind, as were the other guests. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. There are many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and grocery stores around the hostel.
